Outbound Sales Development Rep @ Defined Clarity
Client is looking for a sales development representatives to join their growing sales team. This is a software sale within the healthcare space.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who enjoys the sales process and thrives off of achievement. If you have a successful software sales track record, please apply.
- Cultivating new business by performing outbound activities (e.g. cold calls, cold emails, etc.)
- Collaborate with the sales team in an effort to close new business
- Reaching and exceeding set goals
- Ability to clearly articulate our value proposition to prospects
- Active participation in weekly sales meetings
- Coordination of meetings and product demos between prospects and Account Executives
- Ability to find new leads
- BA or BS degree
- Ability to make at least 50 calls a day
- Process driven, detail oriented, proactive and self-motivated
- Comfortable in a startup culture
- Experience selling software to small and large enterprises
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work without direction
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Experience in the healthcare space
- Experience selling healthcare software
- Experience with selling to providers, payers, healthcare networks, etc.
- Experience with appointment setting
- Familiarity with HubSpot
